“Clarity isn’t found, it’s revealed through compassionate curiosity.”

Hi, I’m Amanda Pascale!
A strategist who’s sat at (nearly) every table - now I help you lead from your own.

After an expansive (and beautifully unusual) career as a multi-industry executive, 4X founder, and ecosystem strategist, I’ve developed a reputation as the “Swiss Army knife” for visionary leaders. Why? Because I’ve learned how to make things work for any organization, in just about any field. Whether I’m navigating the C-suite, managing cross-sector collaborations, or helping a founder rebuild their operations, I bring a rare combination of problem-solving precision, high-level perspective, and people-first intuition.
After all this experience, here’s what I know for sure: "the only constant in life is change!" It’s learning how to harness, navigate, and create strategic change that leads to true fulfillment, freedom, and the kind of satisfaction that not only lights up your mind but soothes your soul.
But before I became the woman you see on this website, there was a whole lot of hard work, overcoming, and good-ol’-fashioned grit that brought me to this very moment. Let’s rewind.

Let’s start from the very beginning (a very good place to start).
I grew up as the oldest of three in a home that looked picture-perfect on the outside but was quietly unraveling on the inside. As an adult, I can now see that the relationship my parents have is quite dysfunctional, and I became a mediator before I even hit double digits. I was the one holding it all together—wiping tears, managing chaos, and trying to make sense of a world that rarely did. So, as a little girl, I found autonomy in the only small ways I could manage: exploring a world beyond my homelife.
I became obsessed with learning. Devouring encyclopedias (remember the monthly delivery of the bright blue editions with big yellow letters?). Studying relationships. Asking big questions about how things and people work.
At 12 years old (!!!), I joined a youth council that brought students into policy conversations with elected officials. I went from watching dysfunction at home to watching how systems functioned (or did not) in the real world. That same year, I became somewhat of a local public figure, hosting events, guest appearing on TV shows, and shaking hands with important people.
I saw a path toward change—for myself and others—and I knew I had to follow it.

Success Came Fast and Furious
By the time I hit my mid-thirties, I had worked on the ground in every state in America, taken a leave of absence from college to scale a $3M business, held leadership roles on Main Street, K Street, and Wall Street, and co-founded multiple organizations designed to bring awareness to dysfunctional systems while building new ones committed to regenerative practices, democratizing power, and bringing people from all walks of life together.
Professionally Rewarding? Absolutely. Personally Costly? You better believe it. I was winning at work, but I was burning out (fast) at home.

And then, I became a mother.
I’ve carried a lot of things in my life, but nothing has stretched and shaped me like motherhood. When my daughter was born at just 23 weeks, weighing only 1 pound 10 ounces, I faced years of uncertainty, caretaking, and medical bills that hit seven figures. That season brought me to my knees and showed me the strength I didn’t know I had. Despite physical and emotional hardship, I made it my mission to do motherhood differently. I intentionally decided to shift my mindset to parent differently from the way the world and my own family modeled. I learned to rebuild not just for functionality, but for family. Not just to succeed, but to sustain.
Growth Isn’t About More, It’s About Alignment
The first two decades of my life were a crash course on how things and people work. The second two decades were all about collaborative, intentional building.
These years gave me a vantage point that few get to see. I witnessed firsthand that the leaders who thrive long-term aren’t just the most talented or the most driven. They’re the ones who are willing to pause, recalibrate, and grow on purpose—with a trusted partner by their side.
That’s when it clicked: growth isn’t about doing more just for the sake of it.
It’s about owning and then pursuing your Growth E.D.G.E.
That’s where your most impactful, most important work flourishes.

Because Growth Should Feel Like Expansion, Not Exhaustion.
Prioritizing my Growth E.D.G.E. above everything else has completely transformed my revenue, stress levels, time, and personal life, and I believe it can do the same for you.
It would be my honor to help you reclaim your role as CEO, not just of your business, but of your energy, your calendar, and your calling. Together, we build the strategy, systems, and soul-aligned structures that make growth feel grounded.
Because growth should feel like expansion, not exhaustion.
And if you’re ready to do that - I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
