LIONHEARTED is led by Amanda Kathryn Pascale, a serial social entrepreneur, business coach and advisor for courageous executives, organizational development strategist, and trusted convener. She is a change agent who has been scaling disruptive models for three decades and counting.
Amanda has worked on Main Street, K Street, and Wall Street. Equipped with that experience, she challenges status quo thinking with intentional approaches to systemic evolution, actionable plans, and measurable results. Amanda is the co-founder of three regenerative organizations designed to create space for changemakers to have courageous conversations and take bold action in collectively driving systemic shifts: Living Room Conversations, Bridge Alliance, and the Institute for Corporate Transformation. She served as the lead strategy and innovation executive for a dozen organizations, accompanying them throughout all business phases: start-up, growth, repositioning, and expansion.
Currently, Amanda is Oxford University’s Saïd Business School Principal Executive Education Director for the global Economics of Mutuality program on driving mutual value creation, and a catalyst for a growing global network of world-class consultants working together to accelerate the transition to stakeholder-centric business models as co-creator and co-facilitator of the consultant certification program for Conscious Capitalism, Inc. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Lemonade Day, a national nonprofit teaching kids the power of entrepreneurship; as an association leader for Leadership Orlando supporting Florida's businesses and economic development; and as an advisory board member of Conscious Nona, a collective activating conscious self-awareness to intentionally create a sustainable, high-frequency community in her neighborhood of Lake Nona, Florida.
Amanda has designed strategies for dozens of private and public sector teams; coached hundreds of executives across the country; trained thousands of leaders through small group events; and built ten mastermind communities with decades of growth. She has shared her insights engaging audiences around the world in venues such as the Fast Company Innovation Festival in New York City, the National Association of Broadcasters Show in Las Vegas, the Oslo Freedom Forum in Oslo, Norway, Wanderlust Wellspring in Santa Barbara, CA, the Conscious Capitalism CEO Summit in Austin, TX, the Mission Aligned Growth Summit in San Francisco, Freedom Fest in Las Vegas, the Global Forum on Modern Direct Democracy in San Francisco, the global Oxford Economics of Mutuality Forum, the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, and the United Nation’s Future of Capital.
An adventure-seeking wanderlust woman, Amanda has enjoyed living on both coasts of the United States and working in every state across America. A fierce momma bear, she also cherishes dance parties and road-trips with her three magical children. Amanda loves spending time in the great outdoors, laughing big belly laughs with lifelong friends, enjoying good food in community while drinking red wine (or Prosecco… or whiskey… or mezcal… or espresso), dancing whenever the mood strikes her, running marathons, and listening to classic rock while on the go.
